In a bid to expand its consulting capabilities and add to the existing expertise, Cognizant has bought Advanced Technology Group for an undisclosed amount on the Sales force platform, which makes it the second such deal in the 2 successive months.
Established in 2000, ATG has delivery centers in Ohio, Kansas, Missouri and Montana. The group counts IBM, Subaru and CenturyLink as its clients. ATG will become a part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Application Services practice.
“Cognizant has broad expertise, helping clients across the world design, implement and manage their digital business strategies on the Salesforce platform,” said Rajesh Balaji, Global Delivery Head, Enterprise Application Services, Cognizant.
Talking about what ATG group will bring to the table, Balaji said “ATG’s deep Q2C domain expertise, extensive Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation offerings will strengthen Cognizant’s cloud solutions portfolio, as the clients are increasingly shifting to the business models that are based on recurring revenue streams, subscriptions, consumption, IoT, and as-a-service offerings.”
Earlier, Teaneck, a New Jersey-headquartered company agreed to buy SaaSFocus, a digital consultancy focus on the Salesforce Platform in August.
