I had taken the tablet and other items. But Due to my personal problem i had raised a request to cancel my subscription within a month but now 4 months have passed and the amount is being deducted from my account. I am very fade up with the supporting staff. is this the way Byju works ? i was thinking it is a reputed learning institution but it is rubbish, they are just looting money and not at all listening to people. Sorry for those words but please understand my pain. please contact me. Even before the item got delivery I asked mr Utkars to cancel my subscription but he told that please don’t cancel now as this month is ending I have to fulfil certain targets thas’s why after the item is delivered to your door you can cancel and I will help in cancelling and you will get back your money. but now he does not receive my call.
Mrs. Sumi (the so called counsellor) never responded
One more madam she told they have a formality to talk to the student but she never calls
Customer support staffs say that some one will call but I never get call these days.
What is this? Such irresponsible manner. I am a poor man. I know the pain when more than 6600 is deducted from my account.
I received call from this number (8061951167) saying they want to talk with child and I told them a time but never called. She had called even before and that time also she was irresponsible. How can this be.
