Charitable Deeds

Anand is a strong supporter of humanities studies and his actions speak louder than his words. He donated 10 million dollars to his undergraduate school, the Humanities Center at Harvard University, in 2010, which was renamed the Mahindra Humanities Center. 

He founded Nanhi Kali, a project that provides primary education to underprivileged girls in India and serves on the board of directors for the Naandi Foundation, a charitable trust that works towards improving India’s socio-economic development.
