Naveen Jindal is not only one of the nation’s major steel and power producers but also a 2-time MP from Haryana. He has also represented the country in the South Asian Federation Games.   • He founded the OP Jindal Global University in 2009. It is one of the few universities that maintain a 1:9 faculty-student ratio. The Jindal Global Law School is ranked among the top 100 law institutes in the world and is ranked number one in the country.
  • The University of Dallas Texas renamed its School of Management to Naveen Jindal School of Management to recognize his contribution to the field of education.
  • The OP Jindal University in Chhattisgarh was awarded the ‘Best Private University in Chhattisgarh’ at The Progress Global Awards 2020.
  • He was the President of the Student Government at the University of Dallas, Texas, and also received the Student Leader of the Year Award.
