Biography of Indian Athlete, Priya Mohan – India’s Best Quarter-Miler

Priya Habbathannahalli Mohan is Asia’s second-fastest quarter-miler. The 19-year-old sprinter has made the country proud with her exceptional accomplishments, defeating some of the skilled athletes in India and winning medals at various junior level championships. Under the guidance of her coach Arjun Ajay, Priya Mohan beat India’s fastest runner, Dutee Chand on May 3, 2022, at Sri Kanteerava Stadium in a 200m race. She won gold in 23.90 seconds while Dutee settled for silver at 24.02 seconds.
